1. Admission & Refund Policy:
- All prospective students seeking admission to Aerospace Engineering and Bachelor in Aviation Management courses at Aeromasterclass are required to undergo the Capt.Sandeep mishra Aerospace & Aviation Scholarship Program(CSAT).
- A non-refundable CSAT exam form fill-up fee of ₹1000/- is applicable. This fee must be paid at the time of submitting the CSAT exam application.
- The CSAT exam serves as the primary criterion for eligibility in the admission process.
2. Registration Fees:
- Upon successful qualification in the CSAT exam and proper qualification, candidates are required to pay a refundable registration fee of ₹25,000/- to secure their seat in the chosen course.
- The registration fee is refundable under the circumstances outlined in section 3 below.
3. Refund Policy for Registration Fees:
- Registration fees are refundable only if the student chooses not to join the course.
- To qualify for a refund, the student must submit a written notice of withdrawal to the Admissions Department within one month of the registration date.
- The refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of receiving the written withdrawal notice.
- No refund requests will be entertained after the one-month deadline.
- All fees are to be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Aeromasterclass reserves the right to modify the admission and fee policies as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels.
- For any queries or clarifications regarding the admission and fee policies, students are encouraged to contact the Admissions Department.
- For any disputes arising from this admission policy, the jurisdiction shall be the competent courts in Angul, Odisha, India.
